River Port | 3 Beds Waterfront on Ohio River

Beautiful location overlooking the Ohio river. Property was as described but needs a little attention. The property was basically clean, saw no bugs of any kind but the floors and rug in bathroom could use some cleaning. Location was quiet and peaceful allowing us to relax on the balcony overlooking the river. Host was easy to work with. There are a lot of steps to get to the 3 bedroom apartment but was manageable. This was a girls get away and we all agreed we would stay at this location again.

Check-in was easy. Great view from the balcony, comfortable bed, kitchen is roomy, but living room and balcony seating, as well as the linens, need an upgrade.

We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location.

Beautiful view overlooking the Ohio River from the deck. Unit was well stocked and clean. There are some things needing attention such as a towel bar which was apparently pulled off the bathroom wall and burn holes in the curtains. The floors squeaked badly throughout the unit and there was not enough insulation to buffer noise from the ladies in the lower rental. Although it was a second floor unit. I counted 31 steps from the ground to the deck to enter the unit. We used this route to carry things into the rental instead of the multiple staircase main entry which has similar amount of steps. The neighborhood around the rental has some run down homes. The Boathouse Barbecue restaurant next door was a welcome find.

Great place and convenient place to stay while visiting our family!
